Service includes
Hardware rental (min 3 months)
Pre-deployment imaging ( if selected)
Delivery to site (one location)
Collection from site at end of rental
Certified data destruction and asset inspection
Conditions of service
Lenovo, Dell, HP, Acer i5 8GB min 500GB HDD, 14" or 12" screen
Counterparts will endeavour to provide a single model for your entire quantity
Limited stock is available and first to order will be supplied
A minimum order quantity of 50 will apply
Hardware rental service is dependant on stock availability at the time the Customer accepts pricing
Work will be performed within standard business hours (between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
If quantities change by more than 10%, Counterparts reserves the right to re-price
A notebook will be provided with the power adaptor, keyboard and mouse
No warranty or support is provided on any of these assets
Counterparts is not responsible for any licences, citrix or windows
A single delivery to and collection from a single site is included
Service locations are within 60km of a state or territory capital CBD
The Customer will provide the appropriate bootable image for Counterparts to complete configuration services prior to delivery to site
Counterparts can provide 2 x devices to enable to Customer to build the image
If the Customer requires more devices throughout the duration of the project, Counterparts can provide at the price described, subject to availability of stock
Prior to collection, Customer will package assets in the same manner they were delivered
Billing for the initial term will be up-front with either 7 day payment terms unless terms are already agreed via a MSA or similar contract
If additional rental is required beyond 3 months, this can be invoiced on a weekly basis or if a pre-paid block of up to 3 weeks is paid, a 10% discount will be offered
An additional 25% of the initial service fee will be collected up-front and retained until assets have been inspected after collection from Counterparts
If at the time of inspection a notebook is found as not functional, faulty or has sustained physical damage, the following pricing will apply and be deducted from the retained amount:

If the charges for damage or fault outweigh the retained amount, Counterparts will provide an invoice for the difference, payable within 7 days
